Instructions for poster presentations

Posters should be 1.20 m high and 0.90 m wide. Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the Final Program. The poster boards will be numbered according to the program.
Authors are requested to be in front of their poster during the official session time.

Projection equipment

The conference lecture hall will be equipped with single slide and overhead projectors and a video beamer (resolution 1024 x 768; standard XGA).

Slide format: 5x5 cm, in stiff frames, numbered correctly in order of projection.

Speakers are requested to hand in their slides to the slide center at least one hour before the beginning of their session (for the morning sessions in the previous afternoon).

A PC for Powerpoint presentations will be provided. Thus, speakers are highly encouraged to send appropriate files in advance as email attachment. However, it is also possible to hand in the file one day before their session on electronic media. We kindly ask you to use the provided equipment instead of your own laptop to avoid technical problems! For all other types of video presentation an own laptop must be used.
